Matcha & Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Matcha Powder (Organic, Ceremonial Grade): 2 tsp
  • Non-Dairy Milk (Canned Coconut Milk): 1 cup
  • Chia Seeds: ¼ cup
  • Maple Syrup or Honey: ½ tbsp
  • Toppings (optional): Raspberries, Kiwi Slices, Hemp Seeds, Cacao Nibs, Goji Berries, Almonds, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Shredded Coconut

Instructions:

  1. Blend Matcha and Milk: In a blender, mix the matcha powder and non-dairy milk. Continue blending until you achieve a smooth, homogenous mixture.
  2. Manual Whisking Option: If a blender isn’t available, combine the matcha and milk in a broad bowl. Whisk manually with a matcha whisk until the mixture is lump-free.
  3. Add Chia Seeds and Sweetener: Fold in the chia seeds and your preferred sweetener into the matcha-milk blend. Stir thoroughly to prevent any clumps.
  4. Chill to Set: Place the mix in the refrigerator. Let it rest for a minimum of two hours or overnight, allowing it to develop a pudding consistency.
  5. Add Toppings and Serve: When ready to serve, adorn the pudding with a choice of toppings such as fruits, nuts, and seeds for added flavor and texture.
